They were super nice over the phone with me asking questions! Once we got there they were quick to help and ask what service we needed and had my girls wash their hands and pick out colors. Right after they were seated and started working on doing their nails. One of my daughters is a nail biter hence why her nails are so short and irritated looking in the pink! Kevin was so nice and made sure to let her know not to keep biting that way she can have long pretty nails. I will definitely be coming back again bc the service here was phenomenal honestly!

This place was amazing! It was clean, they were friendly, and most of all, they took their time. They were very detailed and I noticed it wasn’t just my technician. I will definitely be back!

They always do a great job. Lu and Kevin are always so friendly and they treat you like family. Lu's designs are so beautiful and I can't get enough. Its worth the 2 hour drive to go see them. Absolutely OBSESSED over the new design

I love going to zen for my nails and pedicures Lou is absolutely the sweetest. She does amazing nails and she goes above and beyond for her customers. She works so hard! Kevin is awesome with my pedicures I am so thankful and grateful for them. Everyone at the shop is so kind positive and I love going there. They make me feel like family they make me feel so happy when I’m there. They care about their customers. I’m so glad I was refereed to Them. Absolutely adore everyone at zen nails and I’m so happy with all my services. Highly recommend them.

Felt like we was being rushed out and the lady kept changing my nail idea I wanted to do and my nails look bulky and uneven. You can’t tell that the white lines are there even tho they was supposed to be BLUE. The people are nice but I would recommend going somewhere else.
